Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Typical delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the product. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during peak seasons, bad weather or carrier delays.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Some tracking updates may take a day or two to appear after dispatch.

Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, email us at support@avrenqio.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
